Randy Kozuch is the founder and Principal of Kozuch Strategies, LLC, a premier government affairs firm in Alexandria, Virginia. For over 30 years, Kozuch held numerous leadership roles at the National Rifle Association of America (NRA) and was instrumental in advancing Second Amendment rights at both the state and national levels. Prior to founding Kozuch Strategies, LLC, he served as the NRA’s chief lobbyist and political operative as Executive Director of the NRA Institute for Legislative Action (NRA-ILA). Kozuch was also Chairman of the NRA’s political action committee - the NRA Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF). In the 2024 election cycle, Kozuch developed and executed NRA-ILA’s political strategy to help reelect President Donald J. Trump and elect a pro-gun majority in the U.S. Senate.

During his tenure at NRA, Kozuch worked with lawmakers and grassroots advocates to advance pro-gun public policies including Right-to-Carry laws, preemption statutes, and "stand your ground" laws. A staunch defender of constitutional freedoms, Kozuch is credited with helping expand Second Amendment protections and rights for law-abiding gun owners across America.

Kozuch began his career on Capitol Hill, serving as an aide in a Georgia congressional office and later as senior staff for a Small Business subcommittee. He was also appointed to the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries Board, where he served for eight years. Kozuch resides in Alexandria, Virginia, and holds a degree in Political Science from Georgia State University.
